Nomad Epic Ride (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) accepts clients, and any accompanying 4×4 passengers (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Client”) subject to the following conditions:
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS Online booking for the tour can be conveniently made on the Company’s website, using our trusted booking system. To secure your place on the tour, a non-refundable deposit of 350€ is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour starts. You will receive a payment notification via email.
CANCELLATION Cancellation must be notified by email to the Company at least 4 weeks prior to the tour.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT When using one of the Company’s bikes or equipment, the Client agrees to pay a damage deposit of 100€ before starting the tour. This will be returned in full, provided no damage has occurred to the bike.
DRIVER AUTHORIZATION Only the Client recognized and accepted by the Company may drive the motorcycle.
BIKE RETENTION COSTS Should the Client cause the motorbike to be impounded or retained, all costs associated with this, including any losses to the Company while the bike is immobilized, will be borne by the Client.
TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS All fines, judicial costs, or any other charges resulting from traffic violations or similar issues incurred by the Client during the tour will be the responsibility of the Client, except when caused by the Company.
INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if the Client is not accepted by the Company’s insurance provider as an insurable risk.
WHEELIES ARE PROHIBITED If damage occurs as a result of performing a wheelie, the Client will be fully responsible for the repair costs.
DAMAGE NOTIFICATION If for any reason the bikes cannot be checked at the end of the tour, the Company will notify the Client of any damages and associated costs within 7 days.
CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client is responsible for their own personal insurance, including repatriation, and acknowledges the inherent risks of the tour.
The Client will travel at their own risk.
Neither the Company nor its representatives are liable for any personal loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or inconvenience, whether caused by the Company or external events (e.g., strikes, weather, etc.).
The Company will not be responsible for damage, loss, or accidents to the Client’s vehicle or property.
If the Client leaves the tour voluntarily or is required to do so by a Company representative, all liability of the Company to the Client will cease immediately.
In the event of an accident where the bike is undrivable or the Client cannot continue, the Client will be responsible for any costs to transport the bike back to the Company’s base (110€ to 350€).
The Client agrees to abide by the authority and decisions of the Company and its representatives.
TOUR CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour without prior notice. If the tour is canceled, any payments received by the Company will be refunded in full.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND CUSTOMS The Client will comply with all laws and customs of the countries visited, including health, immigration, exchange control, drugs, and other matters.
ITINERARY CHANGES All distances and information in the itineraries are approximate. Changes may occur due to route adjustments, weather conditions, or accommodation availability. The Company will try to maintain the original itinerary but may alter parts if necessary.
DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION Any disputes between the Client and the Company will be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the country where the Company is registered. Costs incurred by the Company in reclaiming monies owed by the Client will be the responsibility of the Client.
RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS The Company reserves the right to alter or change all or part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
